Deep pleated composite microfiber equipped with independent hydrophobic drainage foam layer. After multi-stage pre-filtration, it efficiently traps micro water mist and tiny oil aerosols. Condensed oil and water aggregate and drain down by gravity to prevent secondary liquid mist from being carried back into air flow. 

Dual 304 stainless steel reinforced fully sealed structure

Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support cages firmly fix filter media to avoid deformation under long-term airflow impact. Integrated plastic end caps with one-piece EPDM sealing ring eliminate air bypass leakage completely, featuring good resistance to compressor oil and condensed water corrosion.

Low pressure drop energy-saving design

Even deep folding maximizes effective filtration area to maintain ultra-low initial pressure loss during continuous operation. It reduces power consumption of air compressors and cuts long-term factory operation costs. Optimized internal flow channels avoid airflow turbulence and rapid pressure rise after long-time operation.
