Imported high-performance glass fiber coalescing media
Adopts Germany HV proprietary borosilicate microfiber with dual hydrophobic & oleophobic coating. It thoroughly intercepts submicron trace oil mist and tiny water droplets after primary pre-filtration. Condensed liquid flows downwards via outer foam drainage layer to avoid secondary mist re-entrainment, greatly reducing the adsorption burden of downstream carbon filter and extending its service life.
Reinforced anti-deformation integrated structure
Inner and outer galvanized steel mesh tightly wraps filter media, preventing media collapse and airflow bypass under long-term stable compressed air flow. Buckle-type plastic end caps realize quick installation without extra tools, stable sealing under fluctuating temperature and pressure.
