Captured liquid contaminants converge into large droplets and drain downwards by gravity via the outer foam sleeve, effectively avoiding secondary mist re-entrainment. It significantly reduces contamination load for downstream PD high-efficiency and QD carbon filter elements to extend their service life.

All stainless steel reinforced anti-deformation structure

Dual inner and outer stainless steel support mesh firmly locks filter media, preventing media collapse and airflow bypass under long-term high-flow industrial compressed air flow. All metal components undergo anti-rust treatment, stable performance in humid industrial pipeline environments.
