Working Principle
Compressed air pre-cleaned by Grade X and Grade G filters flows into the cartridge from the outer mesh surface. The multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium captures 0.01 μm submicron oil mist particles, which collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets. Liquid droplets sink to the housing bottom drain port and discharge automatically by gravity. Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air flows to activated carbon filters or high-standard precision production equipment.
