Main Features
Graded hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber depth filter media
Deep pleated composite fiber with built-in hydrophobic drainage layer. It captures pipeline rust, dust, solid contaminants and bulk liquid condensate in raw compressed air. Condensed liquid flows down by gravity to prevent secondary water/oil mist from re-entering air flow.
Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support cages lock filter media tightly to stop deformation under long-term high airflow impact.The filter shows good resistance to compressor oil, condensed water and mild industrial chemicals.
Low pressure drop energy-saving design
Even deep pleating maximizes effective filtration area to keep ultra-low initial pressure loss during continuous operation. It cuts air compressor power consumption and reduces long-term plant operation costs. Optimized internal flow channels prevent airflow turbulence and sharp pressure rise after long running hours.
