Replacement for : BGX-020A
As the second-stage purification component, it removes medium-sized liquid oil and water aerosols to pre-treat compressed air and protect downstream high-precision filter elements. It maintains stable performance under 1–80°C and 1–16 bar, widely used as standard maintenance consumable for industria

Key Product Features
Gradient hydrophobic glass fiber coalescing media
The multi-layer deep-pleated micro glass fiber features unique water-oil separation coating. It intercepts large water droplets and medium-sized oil mist after primary pre-filter. Tiny liquid contaminants gather into large drops and drain down by gravity to avoid secondary re-entrainment, effectively reducing the burden of the subsequent AA high-efficiency filter and extending its service life.
Reinforced anti-deformation metal structure
Double-sided galvanized steel mesh fully wraps filter media to prevent deformation and airflow bypass under long-term high-speed air flow. All metal components are treated with anti-rust coating to adapt to humid industrial air pipelines.
Low stable pressure drop energy-saving design
Optimized pleat layout expands effective filtration area, maintaining minimal air flow resistance throughout the whole service cycle, lowering extra power consumption of air compressors.
Application Industries
General machinery manufacturing, automated pneumatic production lines
Furniture, hardware and medium-standard spraying workshops
Food processing, small laboratory gas supply equipment
Textile machinery, packaging and small medical pneumatic devices
Brief Overview
As the second-stage purification component, it removes medium-sized liquid oil and water aerosols to pre-treat compressed air and protect downstream high-precision filter elements. It maintains stable performance under 1–80°C and 1–16 bar, widely used as standard maintenance consumable for industrial low-flow air treatment systems.
