Working Principle
Dust-free pre-filtered compressed air flows outside-in through the filter cartridge:
Solid particles larger than 1μm are trapped and stored inside the fiber matrix;
Micro oil & water aerosols collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets via gradient glass fiber layers;
Outer blue anti-re-entrainment foam sleeve stops coalesced liquid from being re-carried by high-speed airflow;
Condensed oil and water drain down to the filter bowl by gravity;
Dry, low-oil compressed air is delivered to the subsequent activated carbon filter for deodorization and oil vapor removal.
