Main Content:​

The assembly consists of high-efficiency filtration media, a metal internal support screen/frame, and polyurethane sealing end caps.

Key Features:​

Cylindrical cartridge  design providing a large filtration area with low pressure drop. High filtration efficiency  at a rating of approximately 5–10 microns. Effectively traps dust, sand, moisture droplets, and airborne contaminants. High dust-holding capacity and robust pleat stability. Designed for a service life of approximately 2000 hours.

Primary Use / Application:​

Used as an intake air filter element in industrial screw air compressors. It is installed at the air inlet to filter ambient air drawn into the compressor, preventing abrasive particles from entering the compression chamber, thereby protecting rotors, oil filters, and separators.
