Product Features

Outer hydrophobic foam sleeve automatically drains separated liquid water and oil to avoid secondary re-entrainment into airflow, improving gas-liquid separation efficiency greatly. High dirt-holding gradient glass fiber media captures most coarse pollutants to slow clogging of downstream precision filter elements.

Ultra-low initial pressure drop deep-pleated media design minimizes continuous energy loss and power consumption of small air compressors.

Epoxy fully sealed composite end caps + corrosion-resistant plastic inner support frame, excellent anti-vibration performance; filter media will not deform under long-term low-flow dusty airflow impact.

Product Description

It removes large-particle rust, sand dust, bulk condensed water and coarse oil droplets from raw compressed air, effectively extending the service life of secondary coalescing, superfine and activated carbon filters, lowering overall maintenance frequency and cost of the whole tiny air supply system.
