Built-in flow guide insert evenly distributes incoming compressed air to fully utilize the entire carbon bed, minimizing airflow resistance and reducing long-term power consumption of air compressors. Uniform carbon packing ensures stable adsorption efficiency throughout the whole service life.

Corrosion-resistant all-metal reinforced frame

Dual-layer 304 stainless steel support sleeves tightly lock filter media, effectively preventing media deformation and airflow bypass under continuous stable compressed air flow. Aluminum end caps and Viton seals maintain reliable leak-proof performance under fluctuating industrial temperature and pressure conditions.
