Heavy-Duty Anti-Powder Reinforcement Cage
Dual metal mesh cages withstand violent high-speed turbulent airflow inside filter housing, preventing media deformation, rupture and carbon powder shedding to avoid secondary contamination of downstream precision terminal equipment.
Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by F-grade particulate filter and H-grade coalescing filter enters the cartridge from the outer metal protective mesh. The outer glass fiber interception layer traps tiny residual liquid oil droplets; the internal high-density activated carbon bed fully adsorbs gaseous oil vapor, hydrocarbon odors and volatile organic compounds. Pure, oil-vapor-free and odorless compressed air flows out from the central pipeline to high-standard production equipment.
