Multi-gradient high-density glass fiber filter media with large oil mist holding capacity. It effectively avoids oil saturation under medium continuous load and maintains stable separation efficiency throughout the full service cycle.

Uniform deep-pleated low-resistance cylindrical structure with ultra-low initial pressure drop.

Double-layer fully perforated galvanized anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and resistant to pressure surges. It eliminates static ignition risks in oil mist environments, and filter media will not deform or collapse under long full-load operation.

Supporting high-temperature nitrile gaskets maintain reliable sealing under frequent start-stop and drastic temperature changes, preventing oil bypass and excessive residual oil in compressed air.
