It effectively reduces lubricating oil consumption and prevents oil contamination to downstream pipeline precision filters.

Flange integrated sealed construction

Multi-hole flange structure installed inside the compressor oil tank. Tight sealing structure eliminates airflow bypass, maintaining stable separation efficiency under variable load operating conditions. Optimized design for Atlas Copco medium-sized screw compressors.

Reinforced anti-deformation metal protective structure

Double-layer perforated steel cage fully wraps filter media, preventing pleat collapse and airflow bypass under high-speed air flow. It maintains low and stable differential pressure throughout the service cycle to save compressor power consumption.
