Heat-cured borosilicate glass fiber composite paired with double steel support mesh prevents glass fiber powder shedding into compressed air pipelines, protecting industrial spray guns, laser optical lenses and precision miniature solenoid valves from clogging failure.

Low permanent differential pressure design to save compressor power consumption

Uniform graded pore layout minimizes internal airflow resistance throughout full service cycle. Stable low backpressure inside the tank lowers continuous load of screw airend, cutting long-term factory electricity operating costs.

Working Principle

High-temperature air-oil mixed flow passes through the separator cartridge from outside to inside:

Large residual oil droplets are intercepted by outer drainage foam and flow back to tank oil sump via gravity;

0.01μm ultra-fine oil micro-aerosols collide and coalesce into large separable liquid oil droplets while passing through multi-layer gradient glass fiber media;

Separated oil flows down the media surface back to compressor lubrication circuit, clean compressed air passes through inner support tube and exits the tank to downstream pipeline treatment equipment;

Built-in anti-re-entrainment foam prevents separated liquid oil from being re-carried by high-speed compressed airflow inside the tank.
