Core Technical Specifications
Absolute Separation Precision: 0.1 μm fine oil aerosols
Oil Mist Separation Efficiency: ≥99.99% for oil particles ≥0.1 μm
Operating Pressure Range: 0.4 ~ 1.6 MPa
Clean indoor workshop, stable continuous load: 4,000 operating hours or 12 months
Differential pressure across separator ≥ 0.02 MPa or obvious excessive oil consumption, oil fog & oil droplets flowing out of compressed air terminal pipelines
Differential Pressure Thresholds
Initial pressure drop of brand-new separator: ≤0.02 MPa
Blockage alarm differential pressure: ≥0.08 MPa
Key Product Advantages
Independent central oil return tube design
Coalesced liquid lubricant rapidly drains back to the compressor oil sump via dedicated central vertical tube, effectively cutting machine oil consumption and reducing frequent oil refilling costs.
Double-layer anti-collapse metal protective shell
Outer perforated galvanized steel cage prevents fiber media deformation under long-term high airflow negative pressure, maintaining stable separation performance throughout full service cycle.
Integrated high-temperature foam flange seal
Heat-resistant foam rubber gasket fully bonded to the flange surface, eliminates flange oil leakage under high temperature & pressure, lowering routine maintenance frequency.
Working Principle
High-temperature oil-air mixed gas discharged from screw rotors enters the separator cartridge from outside to inside.
Large liquid oil droplets sink to the tank bottom via gravity for primary gravity separation.
Fine 0.1 μm oil aerosols collide with multi-layer gradient glass fiber media, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down along the media surface to the central oil return tube.
Clean compressed air free of oil mist flows out from the separator top to post-treatment dryers and pipeline precision filters; recovered lubricant flows back to the compressor oil sump for recycling.
Separator media cannot be cleaned, washed or regenerated; full cartridge replacement is mandatory once saturated by carbon sludge and oil contaminants.
Application Scope
Automotive component manufacturing workshops, general machinery processing, plastic injection molding lines, textile pneumatic equipment, food packaging air supply, construction engineering mobile air stations, pharmaceutical factory compressed air systems.
