Galvanized metal mesh and heat-resistant composite gaskets endure long-term hot oil-gas mixed environments. Effectively avoid media rupture and fiber shedding to stop secondary oil contamination of inline precision filters, laser equipment and spraying production lines.
Working Principle
High-temperature high-pressure oil-gas mixture discharged from screw airend penetrates glass fiber media from outside to inside. 0.01μm tiny oil mist particles collide and merge into large liquid droplets on fiber surfaces. Oil droplets sink to separator bottom by gravity and flow back to lube tank through central return pipe. Degreased clean compressed air is delivered to refrigerated dryers and inline precision filter systems.
