Product Features
Special inorganic high-density coalescing media with ultra-large oil mist storage capacity, anti-saturation under long-term high-pressure refrigeration working conditions, stably controls residual lubricant content ≤2 ppm throughout full service cycle.
Uniform deep-pleated low-resistance cylindrical structure with mild differential pressure rise during continuous operation, effectively reducing energy consumption of refrigeration screw main units.
Double-layer fully perforated stainless steel anti-static inner & outer support cages, acid, alkali and refrigerant corrosion resistant, anti-pressure surge. Eliminates static ignition risks in refrigerant-oil mixed gas environment; filter media will not deform or collapse under long full-load high-pressure running.
Product Description
It adopts special inorganic coalescing separation technology specially developed for refrigerant and natural gas media, effectively capturing micron-scale refrigeration lubricant aerosol mixed in refrigerant/gas flow. Separated lubricant flows back to compressor main unit via central bottom oil return tube for circulation, drastically cutting lubricant consumption and extending overall unit maintenance interval.
It provides full protection for downstream heat exchangers, expansion valves, refrigeration solenoid valves and gas pipeline precision equipment, lowering breakdown rate and maintenance cost of refrigeration & gas processing systems.
