Extra tall deeply pleated low-resistance cylinder design, slow differential pressure rise under long-time full-load continuous operation, effectively cut power consumption of 160–200kW main unit.

Double-layer thickened stainless steel perforated anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and anti-pressure impact; filter media will not deform or collapse under maximum airflow, eliminate static ignition risk of oil mist.

Fluorine rubber gasket features high temperature resistance & anti-aging performance, reliable sealing under frequent startup/shutdown and temperature fluctuation, prevent air-oil bypass and excessive oil carry-over faults.

Product Description

This kit adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing separation technology to trap micron-scale lubricating oil aerosol in large-flow compressed air. Separated lubricant flows back to the compressor main unit via central bottom gravity oil return tube for circulation reuse, greatly reduce oil refilling frequency and extend overall machine maintenance cycle.

It fully protects downstream large refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, heavy-duty precision pneumatic valves and industrial spraying equipment, lower breakdown frequency and maintenance cost of large-scale post-air-treatment purification system. The matched complete gasket set ensures zero leakage after one-time replacement.
