Working Principle
High-temperature oil-air mixed gas enters separator outer cavity. Large oil droplets settle by gravity for primary separation.
Remaining 0.1 μm ultra-fine oil mist penetrates multi-layer gradient glass fiber media. Tiny oil particles collide, aggregate and coalesce into continuous liquid oil film.
Liquid lubricant flows downward along filter media, converges into built-in oil return channel and flows back to compressor lubrication circuit.
Clean compressed air with residual oil ≤3 ppm flows out to dryers, precision filters and production pneumatic terminals.
The element cannot be cleaned or regenerated. Once media is saturated with sludge and impurities, differential pressure surges and separation efficiency fails; full replacement is required.
