Super tall pleated area holds massive oil sludge, carbon deposits and liquid contaminants; differential pressure rises slowly throughout the full service cycle even under continuous heavy full-load operation. Layered coalescing structure aggregates micro oil droplets into continuous liquid film for gravity reflux, maintaining stable ultra-high separation efficiency without performance decay.
Independent central oil return channel suppresses oil carryover
Coalesced liquid oil flows back to tank bottom via dedicated internal tube, prevents high-speed turbulent airflow from blowing separated oil back into air pipeline, keeps exhaust residual oil stably below 3 ppm and greatly reduces compressor oil consumption.
Heavy-duty anti-corrosion & static-safe metal frame for harsh industrial environments
All metal supports adopt thick galvanized anti-rust coating, resistant to high-temperature vapor and condensate corrosion inside large oil tanks; static conductive media eliminates static discharge fire hazard in oil-air mixed atmosphere.
Working Principle
High-temperature large-flow oil-air mixed gas from screw host enters the outer cavity of separator core; large oil droplets are intercepted and settle on outer drainage fleece via gravity for primary separation.
Remaining 0.1μm submicron oil mist penetrates multi-layer gradient glass fiber media; tiny oil particles collide, aggregate and coalesce into continuous liquid oil film.
Coalesced lubricant flows downward along media layers, converges into central built-in oil return tube and recirculates back to oil tank for reuse.
Clean compressed air with residual oil ≤3 ppm flows out from inner core air outlet to post-treatment dryers, precision filters and production pneumatic terminals.
The element cannot be cleaned or regenerated. Once media is saturated with sludge and dust, differential pressure surges and separation efficiency fails, requiring full core replacement.
