Structural Construction Features
Galvanized perforated outer protective cage, anti-rust and resistant to long-term erosion of high-temperature oil vapor and acidic condensate
Thickened central support tube, anti-collapse under small-medium volume high-speed airflow surges
Integrated flat flange matched with heat-resistant gasket to avoid bypass leakage
Built-in central oil return pipeline, automatically recovers coalesced lubricant back to oil sump to prevent secondary oil re-entrainment
Key Product Advantages
Deep-pleated media with sufficient dirt holding capacity & stable low pressure loss
Sufficient pleated area accommodates oil sludge, carbon deposits and liquid contaminants. Differential pressure rises gently throughout the full service cycle even under continuous full-load operation, maintaining stable high separation efficiency without rapid performance degradation.
Built-in independent oil return structure to stabilize residual oil content
Coalesced liquid oil flows back to oil tank via dedicated internal tube, preventing separated oil from being re-atomized by turbulent airflow. It keeps stable low residual oil at outlet and effectively reduces compressor oil consumption.
Anti-corrosion & anti-static heavy-duty structure suitable for general industrial environments
All metal supports are galvanized for rust protection, resistant to high-temperature vapor and condensate corrosion inside oil tanks. Anti-static filter media eliminates static discharge fire risk in oil-air mixed atmosphere.
Working Principle
High-temperature medium-flow oil-air mixed gas from screw host enters the outer cavity of separator element. Large oil droplets hit outer cage and settle down by gravity for primary separation.
Remaining 0.1 μm ultra-fine oil mist penetrates multi-layer gradient glass fiber media. Tiny oil particles collide, aggregate and coalesce into continuous liquid oil film.
Coalesced lubricant flows downward along filter media, converges into central built-in oil return tube and flows back to oil tank for recycling.
Clean compressed air with residual oil ≤3 ppm flows out from inner core to dryers, precision filters and production pneumatic terminals.
The element cannot be cleaned or regenerated. Once media is saturated with sludge and impurities, differential pressure surges and separation efficiency fails; full replacement is required.
Application Scope
Automotive component electrostatic painting workshops, metal cutting & welding factories, small plastic injection molding lines, food & beverage packaging pneumatic systems, textile small workshop air supply, general machinery processing pneumatic stations.
