Independent central vertical oil return tube design
Coalesced liquid lubricant rapidly drains back to the compressor oil sump via dedicated central vertical tube, effectively cutting machine oil consumption and reducing frequent oil refilling costs.
Double-layer metal mesh anti-collapse protective structure
Internal & external perforated metal support mesh prevents fiber media deformation under long-term high airflow negative pressure, maintaining stable separation performance throughout full service cycle.
Working Principle
High-temperature oil-air mixed gas discharged from screw rotors flows into the separator canister from outside to inside.
Large liquid oil droplets sink via gravity for primary gravity separation inside the canister shell.
Fine 0.1 μm oil aerosols collide with multi-layer gradient glass fiber media, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down along the media surface to the central oil return tube.
Clean compressed air free of oil mist flows out from the separator top to post-treatment dryers and pipeline precision filters; recovered lubricant flows back to the compressor oil sump for recycling.
