Product Features

Multi-gradient high-density micro glass fiber media with ultra-large oil mist holding capacity. It resists oil saturation under long-term heavy continuous loads and maintains stable separation efficiency throughout the full service cycle.

Uniform deep-pleated low-resistance cylindrical structure with ultra-low initial pressure drop. 

Double-layer fully perforated galvanized anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and resistant to pressure surges. It eliminates static ignition risks in oil mist environments, and filter media will not deform or collapse under long full-load operation.

The complete maintenance kit contains all matched high-temperature nitrile sealing parts for one-time full replacement without extra gasket matching. Reliable sealing performance under frequent start-stop and drastic temperature changes to prevent oil bypass and excessive residual oil in compressed air.

Manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Every separator is fully tested for coalescing efficiency, burst pressure and airflow differential pressure before delivery to guarantee consistent stable mass production performance.

Product Description

It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing technology to capture micron-scale lubricant aerosol mixed in compressed air, limiting outlet residual oil content below 3 ppm. Separated lubricant flows back to the compressor main unit via the central scavenge tube for recycling, greatly cutting lubricating oil consumption and extending the overall machine maintenance interval.

It provides comprehensive protection for downstream refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, precision pneumatic components, laser cutting equipment and long-distance air pipelines, lowering maintenance expenses of post-treatment purification equipment.
