Product Features

Gradient multi-layer pleated filter medium, big dirt holding capacity, efficiently trap metal wear debris, carbon sludge, oxidation sediment and aging oil impurities inside lubricating oil, effectively protect compressor main rotor, bearings and airend from abrasive scratch damage.

Detailed Description

Installed on main oil circulation pipeline of mobile screw compressor, this spin-on oil filter is core vulnerable spare part of compressor lubrication system. It continuously purifies circulating lubricant to keep clean oil circulation, slow down internal component wear of airend, extend service cycle of compressor oil and whole unit, reduce customers’ long-term running & maintenance cost. Periodic regular replacement can effectively solve abnormal high-temperature shutdown, oil cooler blockage and premature oil deterioration caused by contaminated lubricating oil.
