Oil Filters

It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration media to remove abrasive particles, carbon residues, and impurities from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system and protecting the airend.

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, sludge, and impurities to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend.

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block.

Durability:​ Designed to withstand working pressures up to 16 bar–25 bar and operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 100°C.

Bypass Valve:​ Integrated bypass valve  ensures continuous oil flow to the system if the filter media becomes clogged or during cold starts, preventing oil starvation.

Service Life:​ Typically rated for a service life of approximately 2,000 to 4,000 operating hours​ depending on ambient conditions and oil quality.
