Oil Filters

It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration media  to remove abrasive particles, carbon residues, and impurities from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system.

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, sludge, and impurities (Filtration Precision: 10–15 μm; Filtration Efficiency: 98.8%–99.8%) to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend.

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block.

Durability:​ Designed to withstand working temperatures ranging from -10°C to 110°C and a maximum pressure differential of 1.6 MPa–2.5 MPa.

Service Life:​ Typically rated for a service life of approximately 2,000 to 4,000 operating hours​ depending on ambient conditions and oil quality.
