Oil Filters

It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration media to remove abrasive particles, carbon residues, and contaminants from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system.

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, sludge, and impurities (Filtration Precision: typically 10–20 μm / 5–10 μm; Filtration Efficiency: up to 99.99%) to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend.

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block.

Durability:​ Designed to withstand working temperatures ranging from -20°C to 150°C and high operational pressures.

Valves:​ Typically equipped with a non-return (check) valve to prevent oil drain-back and a bypass valve to ensure continuous oil flow if the filter is clogged.
