Function：At low oil temperature, bypass passage fully open, lubricating oil flows directly back to air‑end without passing oil cooler for rapid warm‑up. As oil temperature rises, thermal element expands, gradually closes bypass and increases oil flow through cooler. Stabilize oil injection temperature, avoid condensed water and oil emulsification, prevent unit over‑temperature trip‑off.

Maintenance suggestion：Replace complete kit including spring and O‑rings together; clean oil circuit before installation; check sealing for oil leakage after mounting; monitor exhaust temperature during startup.
