Installed after DD390 coarse pre-filter, this cartridge captures invisible trace submicron oil aerosols and tiny residual condensed water droplets that coarse-grade filters cannot fully intercept. It delivers nearly oil-free compressed air and significantly slows saturation of downstream QD390 activated carbon filter elements to extend their overall service cycle.

Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by DD390 coarse filter enters the cartridge from the outer stainless steel protective mesh. Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber captures 0.01 μm submicron oil mist particles; tiny oil droplets continuously collide and coalesce into large liquid condensate, which sinks to the filter housing bottom and drains automatically by gravity. Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air is delivered to QD activated carbon filters or high-precision terminal production equipment.
