Gradient multi-stage coalescing glass fiber media

Multi-layer depth fiber structure removes solid particles, bulk liquid water, water aerosol and large oil droplets from compressed air. Captured liquid gathers into droplets and flows down to drain by gravity. It significantly reduces pollutant load for downstream high-efficiency MKO-1210-Y filter and extends its service life.

Reinforced anti-collapse support structure

Inner and outer protective cage firmly supports filter media, preventing pleat deformation and airflow bypass under continuous airflow. Optimized pleat layout ensures uniform air distribution and maintains stable low differential pressure.

Integrated sealing ring eliminates air bypass leakage risk at assembly interface.
