After KF particulate pre-filtration, this KTF high-efficiency element intercepts ultra-fine oil aerosol that general coalescing media cannot fully remove. The outer blue hydrophobic foam avoids secondary liquid re-entrainment; aggregated liquid droplets drain rapidly to the filter bowl, supplying ultra-low residual oil compressed air for painting, electronic assembly and lab analysis equipment.

Gradient folded glass fiber expands effective filtration area and forms smooth internal airflow channels. Stable low pressure drop is maintained under 24/7 full-load continuous operation, effectively reducing long-term power consumption of air compressor units.

Thick multi-gradient hydrophobic fiber matrix stores large volumes of condensed oil and water, resisting rapid saturation under high-humidity workshop environments and cutting frequent replacement labor and material costs.
Working Principle
Pre-cleaned compressed air from KF particulate pre-filter flows outside-in through multi-layer hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber media. Tiny oil and water aerosols collide and aggregate into large liquid droplets; the outer blue hydrophobic foam sleeve blocks droplets from being re-carried into airflow, all condensed liquid flows down to the filter bowl drain port by gravity. Ultra-dry, ultra-low-oil compressed air is delivered to subsequent activated carbon filter for terminal odor removal.
