Working Principle
Pre-cleaned compressed air from FD prefilter flows outside-in through the filter cartridge:
Micro oil & water aerosols collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets across multi-layer gradient glass fiber media;
Outer green anti-re-entrainment foam sleeve stops coalesced liquid droplets from being re-carried by high-speed airflow;
Condensed oil and water drain down to the filter bowl by gravity;
Dry, low-oil compressed air is delivered to downstream FF ultra-fine filter or general precision production equipment.
