Sealing & Support Construction
End caps: Reinforced high-impact PA polypropylene
Seal: Integrated single NBR nitrile rubber full-circle gasket, zero air bypass leakage
Inner & outer support cage: Double-layer perforated 304 stainless steel mesh, anti-deformation under full rated airflow
It greatly reduces liquid contamination load on F ultrafine coalescer and A activated carbon cartridges, extends their service life and cuts overall system maintenance cost.
Large liquid holding capacity for high-humidity workshop environments
Thick deep-pleated gradient glass fiber matrix holds massive volumes of condensed oil and condensate, avoiding rapid saturation in facilities with underperforming aftercoolers or refrigerated dryers.
Low airflow resistance to save long-term compressor energy cost
Optimized deep-fold glass fiber maximizes effective filtration area, maintaining stable low pressure drop under 24/7 full-load continuous operation, lowering extra power consumption of Kaeser screw air compressor units.
Hydrolysis & abrasion resistant media with no fiber shedding
Oleophobic borosilicate glass fiber combined with stainless steel support cage prevents fiber detachment under long-term humid compressed air impact, eliminating secondary pipeline contamination to downstream pneumatic valves and general processing equipment.
Kaeser standard bayonet quick swap design without housing modification
Working Principle
Pre-cleaned compressed air from P particulate prefilter flows outside-in through the filter cartridge:
Bulk condensed water and large solid particles are blocked by outer green hydrophobic foam layer;
Medium-sized oil & water aerosols collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets through multi-layer gradient borosilicate glass fiber media;
Outer anti-re-entrainment foam prevents coalesced liquid droplets from being blown back into high-speed airflow;
Separated oil and condensate drain down to the filter bowl by gravity and automatic drain valve;
Medium-clean dry compressed air flows downstream to F ultrafine coalescer for advanced precision polishing treatment.
