Glass fiber coalescing filters (DD/PD) can only remove liquid oil mist, while this QD+-grade upgraded element adsorbs invisible gaseous oil vapor that penetrates coalescer media. Larger carbon filling volume extends service life compared with standard QD120, completely eliminating oily odor and organic volatile contaminants to protect high-precision production equipment and finished product quality.
High-capacity encapsulated carbon matrix with longer stable service life
Uniform high-porosity coconut shell activated carbon filling provides 15% larger adsorption storage capacity than ordinary QD120. Front microglass pre-layer blocks residual liquid oil mist before contacting carbon core, avoiding premature carbon poisoning and extending effective service cycle.

Working Principle
Dry, pre-polished compressed air flows through the filter cartridge from outside to inside:
Front integrated microglass interception layer traps residual tiny liquid oil droplets and fine solid particles carried over from upstream PD ultrafine filter;
Clean dry gas penetrates the high-density upgraded activated carbon core; gaseous oil vapor, hydrocarbon and odor molecules are permanently adsorbed onto carbon micropores;
Outer stainless steel protective mesh prevents foam abrasion and carbon powder from flowing into downstream piping;
Oil-vapor-free, odorless compressed air exits from the inner stainless steel support tube and supplies terminal high-precision production equipment.
