Working Principle
High-volume compressed air flows through cartridge outside-in:
Large water droplets and solid impurities are trapped by outer blue hydrophobic foam and drain to large filter bowl by gravity.
1μm oil-water micro-aerosols collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets inside gradient microglass media.
Anti-re-entrainment foam avoids separated oil being re-carried by high-speed large airflow.
Collected oil and water auto-drain via large electronic float drain valve.
Medium-clean air flows downstream to PD ultrafine filter for secondary high-precision purification.
