Working Principle
Dry, low-oil compressed air discharged from DD+ coalescing filter flows outside-in through the filter cartridge:
Front hydrophobic foam layer intercepts residual micro liquid oil droplets;
Air penetrates dense coconut shell activated carbon bed, oil vapor and organic gaseous pollutants are physically adsorbed by carbon micropores;
Clean, odor-free compressed air flows out from the inner core to downstream precision production equipment.
