Heat-stabilized media, no fiber shedding pollution

Heat-cured borosilicate microglass with double stainless steel mesh prevents glass powder from entering small-bore pipelines, protecting micro spray nozzles, tiny laser lenses and miniature solenoid valves from blockage.

Low permanent differential pressure saves compressor power

Uniform gradient pore layout keeps stable low backpressure throughout service life, lowering continuous load of small screw compressors and reducing factory electricity expenditure.

Working Principle

Pre-dried compressed air flows through cartridge outside-in:

Micro water droplets and fine solid impurities are trapped by outer red hydrophobic foam and drain to filter bowl by gravity.

0.01μm ultra-fine oil micro-aerosols collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets inside gradient microglass media.

Outer anti-re-entrainment foam stops separated oil from being re-carried by high-speed airflow.

Collected oil and water drain automatically via mini float drain valve.

Ultra-clean air with residual liquid oil ≤0.01 mg/m³ flows downstream to activated carbon filter for oil vapor removal.
