Working Principle
Ultra-large-volume compressed air flows through filter cartridge from outside to inside:
Large solid dust particles and free liquid water/oil droplets are trapped by outer hydrophobic foam and drain down to the large filter bowl by gravity.
Fine solid particulates ≥5μm are fully intercepted and stored inside deep pleats of polyester needle felt media.
Outer anti-re-entrainment foam barrier prevents separated liquid oil/water from being re-carried by high-speed ultra-large-volume compressed airflow.
Collected liquid condensate is automatically discharged via heavy-duty industrial electronic zero-loss drain valve.
Particle-free primary clean air flows downstream to 1600MFE medium coalescing filter for secondary high-precision purification.
