The carbon filling layer is fully wrapped and fixed by stainless steel mesh and white drainage foam. Zero carbon powder shedding under long-term continuous small airflow, preventing blockage and carbon contamination of small spray manifolds, laser optical lenses and miniature proportional solenoid valves.
Low-loss flow channel design reduces power consumption of small screw air compressors

Working Principle
Dry pre-purified small-volume compressed air flows through the filter cartridge from outside to inside:
Front integrated glass fiber interception layer traps residual tiny liquid oil droplets and fine solid particles carried over from upstream FR ultrafine filter;
Clean dry gas penetrates the high-density activated carbon core; gaseous oil vapor, hydrocarbon and odor molecules are permanently adsorbed onto carbon micropores;
Outer stainless steel protective mesh prevents foam abrasion and carbon powder from flowing into downstream small-bore piping;
Oil-vapor-free, odorless ultra-clean compressed air exits from the inner stainless steel support tube and supplies terminal small precision production equipment.
