Deep-pleated low-resistance cartridge design, stable low pressure drop throughout full service cycle, effectively reduce long-term air supply power consumption and electricity cost.

Epoxy sealed composite end caps & stainless steel inner support screen, excellent anti-corrosion and shock resistance; filter media will not deform under long-term continuous large airflow impact.

Standard double O-ring plug-in quick-install structure, tool-free replacement to cut maintenance downtime; dual EPDM sealing rings resist aging & temperature fluctuation to eliminate pipeline air leakage.

Product Description

It thoroughly removes micro liquid oil mist, free water and fine particulate impurities that cannot be fully captured by front coarse filter, controlling outlet residual liquid oil below 0.01 ppm, providing high-cleanliness compressed air meeting ISO 8573-1 high purity standards for precision spraying, electronic and pharmaceutical processes.

It effectively protects terminal activated carbon filter, extends its service life and reduces overall air system maintenance cost.
