Product Features

Multi-layer gradient glass fiber coalescing media with high oil & moisture holding capacity, efficiently intercepts micro oil mist, water vapor and solid particles, maintains stable ultra-low residual oil output throughout the full service cycle.

Compact straight cylindrical low-resistance structure with low initial pressure loss; differential pressure rises slowly under long continuous operation to reduce energy consumption of the whole air pipeline system.

Reinforced anti-corrosion plastic end caps with integrated drainage design, automatically discharges condensed liquid to prevent secondary oil re-entrainment into clean compressed air.

Product Description

It adopts multi-stage coalescing separation technology to capture 0.01μm ultra-fine oil droplets and moisture mixed in compressed air, controlling outlet residual oil down to 0.008ppm. Condensed oil and water accumulate at the filter bottom and drain out through the built-in flow channel, avoiding secondary contamination of clean air.

It provides high-purity oil-free compressed air protection for downstream precision equipment, measuring instruments, painting and pharmaceutical production lines, effectively reducing failure rate and maintenance cost of post-processing purification equipment.
