NS001450 high strength air/oil separator filter element tries to filter the oil-containing compressed air generated by the airend. The specific process is as follows:
- The oil-containing compressed air first enters the cooler for cooling.
- The cooled air is mechanically separated and enters the air/oil separator filter element for deep filtration.
- The air/oil separator filter element intercepts and aggregates the oil mist in the gas to form larger oil droplets.
- These oil droplets are concentrated at the bottom of the filter element and returned to the air compressor lubrication system through the oil return pipe.
- The compressed air after filtration becomes purer and higher quality.
