NS000450 spin-on air oil separator filter for air compressor ensures the quality of the compressed air discharged from the air compressor and to protect the lubrication system from working properly. It filters out oil droplets entrained in the compressed air through its micron-grade glass fiber filter media, especially the suspended oil particles with a diameter of 1um or less. These small oil droplets, after diffusion, interception and polymerization by the air oil separator filter, will quickly coalesce into large oil droplets, which will sink to the bottom of the air oil separator filter under the effect of gravity and return to the lubrication system through the oil return pipe.

This efficient separation process not only ensures the purity of the discharged air, but also extends the service life of downstream air-using equipment and reduces maintenance costs.
