Oil Separators Filters

LE8004x effective air oil separator filter for air compressor is mainly responsible for separating oil from the compressed air. The air oil separator filter acts as a barrier, allowing only clean air to pass through while retaining the oil droplets within the filter, thus ensuring the purity of the output compressed air.

Borosilicate micro glass fibre is used as the filtration media. This material has excellent filtration properties. It has a very fine structure, which enables it to capture even the smallest oil droplets. The fibres can form a dense network that effectively blocks the passage of oil while allowing air to flow through.

The air oil separator filter has a permissible flow rate of 252 m3/h. This indicates the amount of air that can pass through the filter element within an hour while still maintaining effective filtration.
