LE8002 powerful air oil separator filter element is mainly responsible for separating the oil within the compressed air stream. It intercepts the oil droplets in the compressed air through micron-grade glass fiber filter materials. The air oil separator filter element acts as a barrier to prevent the oil from being carried along with the compressed air.
Performance Features
- Separation Efficiency. The oil content in separated compressed air can be as low as ≤3PPM w/w, demonstrating its high separation efficiency.
- Pressure Drop. The initial pressure drop is ≤0.02MPa, ensuring minimal resistance to air flow and maintaining optimal compressor performance.
- Lifespan. Last between 3,500 to 5,200 hours, depending on operating conditions and maintenance practices.
