LE5006 cost-effective air oil separator for compressor's primary job is to separate the air and oil mixture that is present in the air compressor's discharge stream. The borosilicate micro glass fibre filtration medium is the key to its filtration function. As the air-oil mixture passes through the air oil separator, the small pore size of the filtration medium traps oil droplets while allowing the clean air to pass through. The borosilicate micro glass fibre has excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance, which enables it to withstand the high-pressure and potentially corrosive environment within the compressor system.

Its outside-to-inside flow direction enhances its ability to trap fine particles effectively while maintaining airflow.
