DC3099 air compressor air oil separator element is made of multiple layers of fine glass fiber, which is designed to effectively capture and separate oil mist. The glass fiber layer inside the air oil separator element intercepts and aggregates oil mist, causing it to form larger oil droplets, which then sink to the bottom of the air oil separator element under the action of gravity.

The air compressor air oil separator element will generate a certain pressure difference during the working process. When the pressure difference is too large, it will affect the normal operation of the air compressor. The DC3099 is designed to reasonably control the differential pressure, ensure the stable operation of the air compressor, and prevent equipment failure caused by excessive pressure difference.
