Oil Separators Filters

DC3050 compressor air/oil separator filter element endeavors to filter the oil-containing compressed air generated by the airend to remove solid dust, oil and gas particles and liquid substances. It intercepts and aggregates the oil mist in the airs to form oil droplets and concentrate them at the bottom of the filter element, and then returns them to the lubrication system of the air compressor through the return oil pipe, thereby ensuring that the discharged compressed air is purer and of higher quality.

Using high-efficiency glass fiber filter material, DC3050 compressor air/oil separator filter element boasts a filtration accuracy of 0.1μm and a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99%. The oil content of compressed air after separation can be controlled below 3PPM.
