Oil Separators Filters

DB2135 air oil separator element is a supporting product of air compressor. Its main function is to remove solid dust, oil and gas particles and liquid substances in compressed air. When the oil-containing compressed air generated by the compressor airend enters the cooler, it enters the air oil separator element through mechanical separation for filtration. The air oil separator element intercepts and polymerizes the oil mist in the gas through its unique structure and material, forming oil droplets that concentrate at the bottom of the air oil separator element and return to the air compressor lubrication system through oil return pipe. This process not only effectively removes impurities in the compressed air, but also makes the air discharged by the compressor more pure and high-quality, meeting the strict requirements of industrial production for the quality of compressed air.
