DA1157 high precision air-oil separator's primary function is to separate the oil from the compressed air produced by the air compressor. During the compression process, air inevitably mixes with oil, which must be removed to maintain the quality of the compressed air.

This air-oil separator is designed to have a high-efficiency filtration capacity, capturing even very fine oil droplets. It features excellent pressure-resistance capabilities. The air-compression process involves high-pressure conditions, and the separator must be able to withstand the pressure without rupturing or deforming.

DA1157 air-oil separator is treated in a way to be anti-clogging. It has a certain porosity and surface structure that allows the oil and other particles to be trapped while still maintaining a reasonable flow rate of the compressed air.
